Let's not just blame them entirely

Sometimes it's given, sometimes forbidden. Even if justice is given, unfortunately it becomes too late. Sometimes I doubt when the judge states his verdict on the case before it reaches a decade. It is so rare in case of every social injustice. Everyone blames society but no one understands that they all together form this society. illiteracy here stands as a major reason behind every social injustice taking place. Although government has rules for criminals then why does it takes so much of time that another 1000 or more cases are added in the pending book? It's not only about rape, female infanticide or murder there are a lot more happenings in our society. I look upto those who come forward and take their step for justice rest can't be blamed however groups formed by such "Rest peoples" are blamed, eg: media, society. Here perspective comes into picture. There are various views in various cases some blame those criminals and few blames those victims. Sadly it has become a blame game now. Many views are based on blind blaming and hardly some study the entire case. One rape case is given justice after years, not only "The Nirbhaya Rape Case" which came into the eyes of people there are many other cases where in the family has to wait for years to see if their daughter's criminal is being punished or rescued after a year and till then more horrible cases are added into the waiting line. Surprisingly there are families told not to register their case if they want their safety. One more question arises here that if one case takes death does every victim needs to die for justice? Can't their criminals be given proper punishment on time? People would say that aren't you satisfied that they are punished according to their crime even if it's late? Oh!Yes I am satisfied but the victim was the one who died and according to me satisfaction of victim shall be given more consideration rather satisfaction of those who are more into blaming. All this is an everyday thing. I can assure if literacy rate rises this would not be the same as it is now. However there are cases where criminals are more literate then the victim, what about them?. Now the main point here becomes the human nature or their mentality as we say which is related to literacy. You should know how to control your thoughts they say, but somewhere & somehow their thoughts are taking shape according to the influence they get by the one who blame them after the crime is convicted. We are all connected to each other in many ways and thus it's named "Society". Blaming society includes us as well so somehow even we are responsible for this, but how? By influencing. If you influence good may be the person who could be a rapist would become a successful business man. However people are more into just blaming the criminals and no one knows what forced those criminals to conduct that crime? Was it illiteracy? or was it the influence they got by someone whom they didn't even know? Don't judge me saying I am taking side of those criminals, but we all know that even they are a part of this society. Becoming a criminal doesn't separates anyone from that term. Society forms criminals, society creates crime,society becomes the victim,society gives justice. There are so many parts of this society. It's you who choose to be a part of which group and you who influence others to be a part of which group. So why not try influencing or teaching good rather just coming together with some bunch of candles which doesn't even satisfies that victim or help that criminal change his/her mindset?.
